Shipping & Returns


In the e-shop, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Order Processing

You will receive a confirmation email from Florijn Home stating that we received your order and will follow with tracking information once your items have shipped.  All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt.  You will be charged for your order once the items are packaged and ready to ship.     


We use Federal Express for domestic shipping.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally and will provide a quote for this service.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on most orders in the continental United States orders over $200.  Exceptions to this rule include furniture, sale items, and discounted items.  Return shipping is not covered.  Orders under $200 will be assessed the actual shipping rate.

Return Policy

We want you to happy with your purchase.  We will gladly accept returns in perfect condition in original packaging within 14 days of receipt for store credit.  Exceptions include used personal care products, custom items, or specially ordered products.  Some larger items such as furniture may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price.  All items must be unused and in original manufacturer’s packaging.  When returning items, we recommend that you make sure items are well packed and insured for the full amount.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please insure that your return is sent via traceable method.  FlorijnHome will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on international orders.   

You will need a Return Authorization Number to return an item.  Please contact and in the body of the email, include your order number as well as a list of items you would like to return.  We will respond with an RA#.  Please include this number on the package of your return.  Your RA# can be used to reference your return should you have any questions.    

Once we receive your shipment, Florijn Home will contact you by email to confirm the status of your store credit or exchange.
